Breakfast was very good
Room was unpleasantly hot when the afternoon sun shone on the 4 windows. There was no air conditioning.
Bar menu dinner was good also, but restaurant menu did not appeal and the portions huge

The room was beautifully furnished. Clean and comfy beds. Breakfast choice and quality was exceptional. We also ordered food around the pool, which was great too. Staff friendly and accommodating. Stunning location on St Aubin Bay. Gardens were lovely and the heated pool was excellent. There are changing rooms, showers and toilets for use too. We visit Jersey several times a year. First time at La Haule and if the price is right, it wont be the last

The hotel Normandie is in a great location very close to the beach. Our room was very clean and the housekeeping daily was very good.Just a few tweaks to update would make it one notch up.The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice of hot and cold food. The pool area was warm and relaxing with a spa pool. The number 1 bus stops outside the hotel and it takes you into st helier and then you can transfer on very easily with an easy to navigate bus station. All in all an excellent holiday and we would definitely return to the Normandie good value for money.

Lovely harbour and village.
Lovely harbour and village. Plenty of choice when it comes to eating out (Sorrento & The Muddy Duck were our favourites of those we used). Location reasonably quiet, but can get busy at peak times. Jersey traffic has increased somewhat since our last visit 21 years ago! A lovely jewellery business (Le Brocq) in the village, plus a a small clothing shop, grocers and other small shops.
Perfect location with spectacular views. Very welcoming family owners and staff. Room was great with large bed, large TV, fridge and safe. En suite bathroom was large with bathrobes, slippers and lovely toiletries. Large rainfall shower. Nothing was to much trouble for the hotel team. Breakfast was amazing, continental followed by a wide selection from a menu, all cooked fresh and to perfection, fresh coffee and daily specials offered and to top it off you ate overlooking the bay, wonderful.
Absolutely amazing place to stay. Exceptionally warm welcome and smile and the room was perfect - beautifully done and comfortable. I slept so well in this 400 year old hotel that is tucked in the most adorable street literally minutes walk from the restaurants. I will definitely be returning and wouldnt consider anywhere else in Jersey. Thankyou so much !
We loved everything about the hotel and it really did exceed everything we were looking forward to. The staff are exceptional; helpful in every way, friendly and go out of their way to ensure you feel at home and comfortable. Totally understandable why people return. Thank you La Place, we look forward to returning.
Great location in the lovely village of Saint Aubin with variety of services/shops/restaurants. Right by the sea and the harbour and good bus route. Personally it is close to my family which is a key reason to stay there. The staff were immensely friendly and helpful.
The hotel has got everything you want.
It is a fabulous location to start with.
Our room was amazing, it wasn’t too small, it had everything you might need in it.
Beautiful decor, very clean and tidy.
The staff were also very pleasant and very helpful.
Right in front of bay. Short walk to bike rental. Restaurant below was exceptional. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Always offering to help. Arranged transport to airport. Left us breakfast when we had to leave early for airport.
Very helpful, friendly owners, & there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Perfect location; picturesque & just a 2 minute walk to lots of good restaurants & the sea front. Free roadside parking is just a short walk up the hill from the hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful overlooking the harbour. The food at the hotel in the evenings was wonderful. The breakfasts were good but the addition of a fruit option would have been nice
Location is fantastic, with amazing views of St Aubin's bay. Our room was average sized, and we did get a good peaceful nights sleep. The hotel has nice gardens and a pool. The bar area is also nice and comfortable.
Hotel was exceptionally clean and food was excellent. Staff were very helpful and shuttle taxi to airport appreciated when we had to extend our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful when our flight wad cancelled.
Great location great historical place. Restaurant looked great but due to the time of the year not enough staff we had to eat in the bar food was poor. Staff were good breakfast in hotel excellent we would go back
Saint Aubin was a lovely location. The Guest House was excellent ,although the stairs were a little steep room where clean beds were comfortable. shower was tight but overall little to complain about!
